“Picked one of these - the clip didn't lock in the basket properly. 99 bikes changed it over without hesitation - looks like the latest models have an upgraded design that works much better. Great customer service - always nice when a shop is pro-active in finding a solution, sales are all in their system so no quibbling over receipts etc.”
