“It was time to replace our 17 year old sectional after years of use by big people, little people and dogs. My husband found Burrow after googling a dog or pet friendly sectional. We ordered online and did not visit the showroom. The sectional is well made and comfortable. We recruited our daughter and her fiance to help us but my husband and I could have assembled it on our own. It took an hour and a half to disassemble our old large sectional, take it outside and to the curb, open the ten large boxes and take out all the pieces of the sectional, assemble the sectional and break up the boxes to put them out for recycling. So not bad at all! We are happy, including our furbabies. Now, if you guys make a brown velvet sectional, we would like to one day get a smaller sectional for our playroom/den. That sectional has also seen better days! Thanks Burrow!”

“The sofa is well made, high quality fabric.it was packaged well and easy to put together. I was missing 2 of the legs which I am still waiting for so cannot comment on the sturdiness of the piece. I ordered the dusty pink, it’s more on the purple side than it looks on the website but is very pretty.”

“I was in love with this couch the minute I saw it on the website. Ordering was easy and though I made a mistake and forgot to order pillows, the Burrow Customer Service folks were quick and friendly. The couch was a little harder to put together than I expected from the commercials, but we (2) did in three hours and It looks beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the couch. It's deep and firm, but still cozy. It is a little slippery and catches a lot of pet fur, but doesn't seem to snag when my cat accidentally catches on it. Blog hair shows up pretty obviously so keep your lint roller handy. I'm super happy with how it turned out and I love sitting in the corner with a good book. The only thing I'm a little dissapointed in is how the cushion fabric rippled a little even after the first time sitting on it. It's not bad or super obvious, but I wish they were a little more snug, or the fabric stronger, so that didn't happen. Ps. the ottoman doubles as a legit coffee table with a puzzle board on top, so that's a win-win.”
