I bought a full size and despite buying two different brand mattresses there are gaps along all sides of the bed where things fall through. It's horrible because my pillows constantly fall behind the bed and it looks really ugly. They should state that you have to buy their mattress for the bed to look right. I can't return it because I don't have the boxes anymore.

So easy to build that he didn't curse once.

We bought both a chorus bed and a prospect nightstand. On the website, the colors match quite closely, if not exactly. Unfortunately the bed is several shades darker than the nightstand. Very unfortunate, it ruins what would otherwise be a great purchase.

The bed is beautiful, super sturdy and very easy to put together. This purchase will last a lifetime!

Without a doubt the easiest piece of furniture I’ve ever assembled. No tools, did it by myself in about 10 minutes and that includes unboxing it which was a majority of that time. Very sturdy and looks great

Love my new full-sized Chorus Bed in walnut! I like the simplicity of it. The bed came in 2 boxes, which were heavy, but I was able to maneuver them into my house, unbox the parts and put the bed together all by myself. The only assistance I needed was to put the mattress on the bed.

The headboard and other pieces of the bed are sturdy and a lovely color. Also, the three-quarters of the bed that I’ve been able to assemble so far fit together well. But the customer service has been disappointing to the point that I would very strongly advise anyone considering Burrow to think twice. I found out during assembly that my bed had come with one incorrect side rail. When I wrote to customer service asking to be sent a single correct piece, a short reply email informed me that I would receive a full package of two side rails with legs and that “all replacements can take 10-12 business days to be processed prior to shipping out, depending on volume” and “once the replacement has dispatched, you can expect your replacement to arrive in 3-5 business days”. Not great to find out that I would be sleeping on a mattress on the floor for potentially two weeks, but what really frustrated me was finding out in a follow-up email that I, a petite person living up two flights of stairs in a building with no lobby, would then be expected to *repackage and return* a bulky item. This was not communicated to me in any way in the initial reply to my request; I only found out because I followed up with concerns about what I was going to do with the extra pieces. To quote the second email: “You don't need to dispose the original side rail as it needed to be returned to us. Once you have received the replacement product, we can assist you with the return process and provide you return labels, as long as you still have the original packaging.” To reiterate, I’m in this mess because of a company packing error. I didn’t damage/lose a piece, order something incorrectly, or ask to return something. I’m just trying to get the actual bed that I paid a lot of money for from a company that touts customer service that goes “above and beyond”.

Took me 20 minutes to put together, but getting the boxes to up my walk up was a hassle as the pieces are pretty heavy. Have someone on standby to help you carry the boxes. I ended up opening the box downstairs and bringing the pieces up individually.
