“This bed is so solid. Doesn’t creak or jiggle in the least, no matter how much weight is on it— eg 400 lbs. The wood is beautiful, the style timeless. We are really pleased with it, & expect to have it forever. Customer service was great.”

“The bed was easy to assemble until I realized I had assembled it upside down; somehow I was still able to assemble it almost completely anyway. I only realized it was done the wrong way when the slats didn’t really sit straight. I took it back apart and reassembled it the other way. The exposed corner has a gap which is kind of annoying. Assembly was easy though and overall it looks nice.”

“I love this bed. It is sturdy, solid and beautiful. Quality is exceptional. I put this together myself -- I am 65 and 110 lbs. I could have used a helper, especially to turn it over. The one thing that messed me up was the screws in the center board. It would have been helpful if the directions noted up front that these screws would be upside down and used for the support roll later. It wasn't until the last step that I found that out. Overall, very easy to assemble. I love the fact that all packaging was recylable.”

“I didn't fully understand the implications of delivery- 3 boxes came to my building lobby (80 lbs, 50-60 for two), and I had to figure out how to get them to my actual door. Unpacking was easy, though set up was not as easy as expected. One of the side slats didn't fit in the side I started on, but eventually I switched the left and right side and it worked. The footboard was difficult to set evenly. I set it up with one person though.”
