“I ordered the console in walnut to match my wall shelf. They didn't match at all. Burrow stated that there may be differences in wood grain and stain. I can see wood grain being different, but stain? You're selling it with the same name "walnut" in the same line "index". Its been returned. I love the shelf, not the color.”

“The piece itself looks nice and feels solid especially for a book shelf with so few pieces. I ran into an issue where one of the leg assemblies had pre-drilled holes that were slightly off track from where the holes in the shelf were, so while the shelf could be drilled easily into the two legs, the third leg didn’t actually align. I reached out to Burrow and they made it right, so at the end of the day I’m very pleased.”

“The construction is simple, and it’s a sturdy piece. However, you can’t easily assemble this alone. It’s a wooden puzzle with a few screws. Looks so easy. But…the pieces fit well enough together that there is not quite enough wiggle room to easily slide things into place on your own.”

“I ordered a console and had an issue with alignment, so I contacted customer support but went on vacation immediately afterwards. The customer service rep handling my case followed through and when that person had a scheduled off day another agent stepped in for resolution, which turned out to be unnecessary. The product alone is something that I am happier with than I imagined, but the customer support elevated the overall experience and I could not be happier with the level of service that I received.”
