“Overall, I'm very impressed with Burrow. I had an issue where I did not receive a confirmation email, but was able to contact tech support, and they responded quickly and took care of me. The product arrived within a few days of ordering. It was packaged beautifully. Each piece was wrapped individually and well-protected. I wish all furniture assembly were as easy as my Burrow media console. There were not many moving parts to keep track of, and I had it assembled in under an hour. The quality of the furniture is fantastic, and I'm thrilled with the piece. The only downside is the depth of the console. With the cables attached, my Onkyo receiver does not fit. I plan to use a jigsaw to open the back up so it will fit.”

“Buying furniture online is always a bit of a gamble. In this case, the Opera Media Console exceeded my expectations. The real wood veneer looks fantastic, assembly was actually kind of fun, and the finished product is a perfect match for our space. My only design critique is that the legs should be moved closer to the edges to improve stability. On carpet, with a 65 inch tv, things get a tad wobbly.”

“The opera media console is just as advertised the color that I chose was the darker tone wood, which matches great with the furniture I already have. It’s true to what is illustrated on the drawings/photos putting it together was a breeze, took less than an hour. You could tell it’s high-quality meant to last a long time, and the customer service was phenomenal. If you live in California, it took about two day shipping/delivery so don’t overthink it. It’s a great product at a great price. let it rip.”
