“One of the doors was made too small and falls out of the credenza. One of the holes for the handle is too big so the handle just falls out. The wood is much darker than pictured. And the hooks used in the assembly are a joke.”

“We were looking forward to receiving the credenza and thought it'd be as easy to put together as the two sofas we'd already completed. We were absolutely wrong. Cam locks were EVERYWHERE and they were impossible to turn with just the hex/allen wrench provided. We had to use a set of pliers ON the wrench in order for them to even start to move. The cam locks were even used for the shelves and you had to insert half of your body into the credenza to the wrench them in. So forget about these shelves being adjustable, you'll NEVER want to move them again. We were so unhappy that we couldn't even look at the credenza for several days. When we did install the sliding doors, which were the only thing easy to do, they ended up rattling when we walked by the unit, which was sitting on a wood floor. Their ease of installation meant that they were sloppy in the grooves that they were sliding back and fourth in. I ended up using those silicone bumpers for drawers/cabinets in between them that allowed them to move back and forth without moving too much to rattle.”

“Had the correct item been shipped, I might love it and written a completely different review. However, I made a mistake in ordering and wrote them IMMEDIATELY to change or cancel the order. I did not hear back for 3 days at which point the wrong item had already shipped. Their customer service is almost non-existent. It took another week to get any response about picking up the original 80lb item. They wanted me to return that item and then order the one I actually wanted. I would love the original piece, but if anything is wrong with it, I can’t imagine trying to get it resolved via their chat or email help (you cannot ever get to a human) with lags of 3 days to up to a week! I will not be ordering from them again. Too much hassle.”
