“The piece looks very nice in our house and seems to be good quality. We had to wait a while to get everything needed to assemble, since we were sent two of the same boxes with duplicate parts. Once we got the pieces we needed, assembly wasn’t too bad at the start, but became very tricky when inserting the shelves and shelf pins. The pins were difficult to put in and making the shelf fit inside was a process. The door pulls also seem like they could fall out. Otherwise, I do like how this looks and am happy with the purchase, now that I have successfully assembled it!”

“This is a beautiful piece and it’s just as classy in person as I hoped. Shipping was fast too (just FYI, since it comes in three separate boxes, you’ll get three separate emails with tracking numbers- kind of threw me off at first). Packed really well and nothing was damaged in transit. Assembly instructions are really good and clear. I did it myself and I’m not particularly large or strong. But it was difficult. Two issues i had: (1) The doors are pretty tough to slide open and closed. Fortunately I don’t need to open them on the reg, but if I did it would become irritating. (2) The holes that are bored out for the handles are too large, meaning that the handles didn’t stay in place at all. They would just slip right out. I contacted Burrow support and they were super responsive and helped find a satisfying solution. This is just such better quality than most other internet furniture! I’m really happy with it.”
