“Better than advertised - I expected it would take 4 weeks to get my sectional. It arrived in 1 week. The couch looks beautiful and is very comfortable. I was able to assemble it on my own. I appreciate the intuitive design that went into how it was packaged and how it's assembled. But I'll note that each box was too heavy for me to carry. I appreciate the big UPS delivery man was able to lug them into my house.”

“Having this ottoman makes a huge difference in our Range setup! We usually keep it set up at the end of our sectional to "expand" the sectional, but move it around for game nights, more conversational seating, or fort building. Super happy we chose to add this piece on!”

“Perfect that it shipped in separate boxes b/c we live in on a 2nd floor apt of an old house (narrow staircase and small doorways). Was able to assemble by myself in about 3 hours. Fits well in our living room and makes the room seem bigger. Putting the stuffing into the cushions was a challenge and it looked odd at first, but looks fine now that it's been worn in after just a week or two.”

“I love the ottoman and couch, don’t get me wrong. But it would be great to get updates on a 12-16 week order to shipment window, or at least be able to reach out to get an update. If you aren’t in a hurry, or don’t care about updates it’s a great choice. If not... this company has a lot to learn about customer service.”
