“This is my first “real couch” that i ever purchased—meaning not an ikea or amazon purchase—and i couldn’t have chosen a better option. I was unsure if i wanted this field sofa or the range sofa but luckily i was able to visit a burrow showroom. It was clear the field sofa was the perfect balance of soft and supportive; i’d say a solid 6/10 on the firmness scale. My two-seater came in two big boxes and one smaller box. I was able to haul them all up by myself with a dolly in two trips. I was also able to build it myself in about an hour and a half (but to be fair i was also distracted by netflix). If you’re doing this solo, it’s totally doable but it will also be so much faster with a friend. The instructions were slightly confusing at first since they give you a guide for every configuration. However once i understood what to do, the actual task of putting it together was super quick. I bought this on december 2nd and received it on december 6th (so fast!) so i’ve had it almost 1 month. I haven’t had any serious back pain since I got this sofa; this cements my hypothesis that my previous cheap, springy couch was not supportive enough and the root cause of my pain. I was grateful to find this couch while on sale and with free shipping + affirm installments, it’s been the best decision for my home. 10/10 would buy again”

“This is my first time buying anything from Burrow. I bought the Field 2 Piece sofa. The fabric is luxurious and hasn't snagged once from my cats scratching it. My dogs have gotten a couple dirt marks and they have easily wiped off with a wet cloth. There was no off gassing or chemical smell. We have decided that the 2 piece is too small for our space and want a 3 piece instead. Because of their modular design, this is an easy fix! We will soon be ordering a middle seat to make our sofa bigger! My only complaint were the directions weren't as clear as I would have liked. I figured everything out with a little trial and error. Most annoyingly they are written in the TINIEST writing. Millennials are definitely their target market. I'm 51 and even with my reading glasses had a hard time.”

“I’m 5’2” and have looked for years for a loveseat that is the right size for me and my small condo living room. It needed to have a low seat depth and height, and soft cushions, so I could sit comfortably with my feet on the floor or enjoy it lying down. It also needed to have legs to clean easily underneath, and because I enjoy a modern look. Finally, I wanted a neutral but not drab colour (Oatmeal is ideal) to offset colourful artwork and accessories. The Field Sofa is perfect. My only caveat is that if circumstances find you having to put it together alone, it will be a struggle to line up some of the handscrew holes for corner pieces, but it’s doable and worth it.”

“Really like the assembled couch and chair but found the assembly MUCH more challenging than the marketing videos let on. Would be nice to see a more honest description of that process. Apart from that, it looks good and held up well to 11 people, including three kids, over Christmas. Only had them for a month so can’t comment yet on the long term durability.”

“getting this sofa up 4 flights of stairs was a breeze, as was assembly - less than an hour! And since, we’ve spent many lounging on it. Big burrow fans - quality product at a reasonable price”
