“Shipping 4/5: sofa + ottoman came in 6 large boxes. Shipped it two clusters, so there was some minor confusion but it was all accounted for. Build 4/5: Fairly easily to put together. Took maybe 20 minutes. Instructions and packaging are pretty good. Looks 4/5: Looks good, maybe looks a tad small. Fabric feels good. Sitting experience 1/5: These cushions are pretty shallow . I’m barely 6 feet tall and it just felt a bit off. The biggest complaint? The seats are FIRM AF. Like, to the point of being really uncomfortable. I really wanted to like it but it just felt way too unforgiving and stiff. The sofa itself slides way too easily for me. Return process 1/5: unresponsive thus far. You fill out a type form and someone’s supposed to get back to you in 48 hours. It’s been nearly a week, with emails and at least 2 form submissions. 14/25, rounded down, gives me a 2/5 total score. It started off well, and just went sharply downhill once I sat on the thing. Didn’t even take the full 30 days. Would’ve considered a different model if it wasn’t for the unresponsive CS (based on the timeline *they* tell you to expect).”

“Delivery was insanely fast. I would say set-up isn't as easy as advertised. The instruction booklet was helpful yet confusing. It wasn't clear if the screw caps needed to come off or not, I was eventually told that it's fine either way? Lastly, one of the cushions came with a lime green stain so Burrow gave me a $30 credit. Couch feels okay, but the cushions feel stiff. I may re-stuff on my own.”

“We like the look of the couch but that's pretty much where the pros end. It's not comfortable even after 'breaking it in' and it makes that crunchy sound when you sit back on it, which makes it seem veryyyy cheap. Almost to the point where it's embarrassing to have people sit on it. It's just not something you want to sprawl out and watch a movie on. Putting it together also wasn't fun because none of the pieces were lining up. We're keeping it because it's too big to return easily but every time I look at it, I just miss my comfy, durable Ikea couch.”

“Super easy couch ordering experience. I visited the showroom in NYC to view the sofa, ordered it that day and received the sofa just 3 days later! Assembly was also fairly straightforward, it did take around 2.5 hours and a few of the parts were a bit challenging to put together, but overall instructions were very clear and the sofa is extremely sturdy. Great experience ordering with burrow”

“I would give a higher rating but even though I measured several times, I just find the depth of the seat too small and the height too short for most people including myself and I'm only 5'4". Otherwise, the fabric cushions, etc. are all pretty nice.”
