“It's relatively affordable, but what you don't pay for you triple pay for in an absolute horrible customer service, shipping and assembly experience. Run Away. Headline: they don't even allow employees to speak to anyone to resolve major, weeks-long issues. Because of the shoddy operations, I've basically been stuck with a hodge hodge of incomplete modular sofa pieces that has left my living room unusable. They even shipped me an entirely new section because one section didn't have all the necessary parts. They said they would schedule a FedEx pickup, but then changed that and said I would have to take it to ship or donate myself. Well, that will probably cost me another 100 bucks to pay somebody to take care of that all because they didn't send the correct stuff from the beginning. Also, not a single shipping notification from Burrow matched anything. I got notices that things shipped after they arrived and sometimes completely different from the pieces that actually arrived. I really wish I could roll back time. And still haven't been able to get this resolved with them... largely because they only can text you for customer support. But it's not real-time chat, it might come days later and hours or days in between their responses on the same conversation. SERIOUSLY RUN AWAY.”

“I bought this additional Range seat to add to my Range sofa. Adding it on was as easy as it was the first time I assembled the sofa. I love the simplicity and comfort of Burrow's furniture and the flexibility of adding more or rearranging is part of the fun of owning furniture like this.”

“We live in a very narrow row house and has taken a lot of time and patience to find a sectional that fits. Here are the 3 main reasons why I love the Range: 1. Looks: Simple and beautiful modern lines. 2. Easy to construct: Building the individual pieces is a one person job. When adding on sections two or three people are needed as the corner seats add weight and maneuvering the sections are cumbersome. 3. Per Friendly: This is the first sofa I’ve ever owned that has survived cat scratches and muddy dog paw prints.”

“Since I recently moved from a studio to a place where I have more space, I “upgraded” my Burrow Range 2 seater to a 3 seater by adding the middle seat. Assembly was easy. No special tools..well, maybe a screwdriver, but that was it. The aesthetic of this sofa is simple but chic. Shipping was superfast. I love my sofa!”
