“It's always awkward trying to decide on a rather expensive and important item without first seeing it. That requires some faith, actually a lot, that the company has manufactured a quality product, that you will like the product, and that it will arrive as promised intact for your use. It also requires faith that if something becomes a challenge, there is a structure for remedy. For me, this was rewarded on all scores. The sectional is super comfy, with no worries for canine destruction. It is wonderfully malleable, and if my mood changes, so can my sectional. I had no issues putting the sectional together myself, and the hardest part of the whole thing was getting the lids off the boxes. I did have a challenge that I had to reach out to customer service for, and that was resolved with ONE email and a week's wait for replacement parts. Fabulous! I am very pleased with the product and with my purchase. No need to fear here.”

“We ordered a small corner sofa for an office and it is perfect. Easy to install and since it came in pieces it fit up the 100 year old too narrow for current code stairway to the upstairs office. Love it.”

“I got the Range sofa in stone gray fabric with oak legs. It is perfectly beautiful - simple and elegant. It is very comfortable to sit and lay on. The fabric is durable and easy to wipe clean. Assembly was very easy, the instructions were clear and concise and easy to follow. I am very happy with my choice to buy a Burrow sofa.”

“Pros: The loveseat is very comfortable, and I like the dark heather charcoal color. The pillows are firm, which I prefer over something that you sink into, and firm doesn't mean uncomfortable here. It seems well made, and I liked the screws that are so easy to twist with your hand. I was able to set it up by myself, although the boxes were very heavy. Cons: I received one of the wrong panel sizes, and it took several days before I could connect with technical support for help. I learned that they cannot send you a new panel (or a new filler cushion) separately--I would have gotten the entire package again, which I couldn't face dealing with. Because the units are modular, it turned out that I was able to make it work with the panels I did receive, although I still had a lot of trouble with one of the connector plates on the bottom. Admittedly, this could have just been me and my lack of technical skills though. Would I order it again? Yes, but I wish the technical support was quicker and that you could get separate replacement parts.”

“This sofa has exceeded my expectations. It is well made, doesn't have a chemical smell, looks great and has a very useful balance between firmness and cushion. I like it; my dogs like it. It is easy for us to fall asleep on it if we want to. My main room can easily hold a full sized couch but I went with this one armed two seater which makes my room look more spacious and inviting, but I can always expand its seating capacity should I choose to. I really like this modular aspect of the furniture. If I ever need to relocate it will be very easy to disassemble and transport. I was on the fence for quite some time as I never buy furniture up in this price range because I'm super cheap, but then I thought about all the poorly manufactured furniture I've been unhappy with over the years and took the plunge. I'm glad I did. Should have done it years ago.”

“After plenty of couch surfing done, finally settled on this one. Had the range 2 piece sofa for close to a year now, and absolutely love the durability and design of the couch! Though shipping took a while, the long awaited couch showed up, had decent customer service and am happy with my purchase!! Would totally recommend if you have pets too.”

“This is our first time going modular with living room furniture, and for us there is no going back! The Range sofa is so much better quality than our old couch. As a person who never wants to sit still, I can actually be found sitting on this couch from time to time, because it is so great! It was pretty common-sense to assemble, plus it seems much more durable than what we had before--both the foam and the fabric.”
