“My Range 3-piece open sectional lounger came much earlier then expected and well packaged. I was quickly able to put it together and it fits my small living room space perfectly. I did choose to leave the ottoman section unattached so it could be moved as needed. My only suggestion is that there needs to be better non-slip coverage in the legs. Because it is light-weight, it slides around too easily, both on the carpet and hardwood.”

“I waited a long time to receive this Range in Moss Green, but it was totally worth it. My studio apartment is feeling much more comfortable with this piece. The fabric is nice and the cushions are firm.. ready to break it in!”

“I finally got my Range together. I was traveling and also had to remove my former sofa from my apartment. It's. the most comfortable sofa I've ever had, and I've had many. I've been in search of this for years!! Thank you. I am not looking to expand my 3 piece to a 4 piece!”

“Love this set! I needed additional seating in our sunroom/reading room, and this was just perfect for the space. It is well made and looks great. I love the style and durability combination. And our cats love it too. Additional kudos for excellent packaging. On the day our order arrived it had been raining all day and one of the boxes was absolutely soaked. My heart sank at first as I was certain that the piece inside would have gotten wet as well. However, it wasn't. It was completely dry with no damage! Great experience all around. Thank you!”

“After researching for weeks for my first new couch purchase, I went with Burrow. I liked the style, the modular components and they had great reviews outside of their website. As someone who likes to rearrange entire rooms from time to time, the ability to change the couch configuration was important to me, along with being stylish and light. I had read some reviews which said their order had taken weeks so I put mine in thinking it would be a while but my couch was shipped from Nevada the next Monday, getting to Washington by Thursday, which was a nice surprise. I assembled them myself in about an hour. Despite the instructions being a bit convoluted, it was pretty easy. When I'm ready to change it up, it should be pretty simple to do. I'm giving the experience less than five stars for two reasons 1- during the buying process, the website tried to upsell me on a freestanding ottoman for like $380. It wasn't until after I got the shipment I learned one of the included pieces could be a freestanding ottoman on its own. And 2 - after they shipped the product so quickly, I needed to add shipping notes but the UPS website was giving me trouble and I wasn't able to create an account to add shipping notes. When I reached out to Burrow, they responded quickly... to tell me I needed to create a UPS account. It all ended up getting resolved but it drives me crazy when customer support acts like people are morons and sends obvious instructions to do something I just told them I already tried to do. I get there isn't much they could do, and that's ok, but it just says to me no one read my message and a robot sent me a boilerplate response. Overall, the couch is very cute, light and versatile. I'm pleased with my purchase and I will be adding more pieces in the future.”

“Took almost three months to arrive but I’m so glad I held out for this color! The moss green has a slight bluish tint and reminds me of an aloe plant. I needed something smaller for my space and this is a perfect fit. Directions were easy to follow, assembly took about two hours working alone. Cushions are firm but comfortable. Really happy with it!”
