“I was extremely skeptical about the Burrow Range loveseat w/ chaise & ottoman, so a few weeks later feeling that this was the best purchase ever was such a pleasant surprise! I was worried about the couch being too low to the ground, the back portion being too low, and the sofa being way too firm, and I have NONE of those concerns after a few weeks of use. It's firm yet comfy, it's low in a minimalist way but still remains very functional, and it also looks amazing. The fabric is so gorgeous and cleans very easily. I'd recommend this style a hundred times over!”

“Delivery of this unit was excellent and very quick. It took me about 3.5hrs to put together by myself. I was wishing that the instructions were a little more thorough in terms of what order to put the pieces together. The color and feel of the fabric was very accurate. The quality of the couch itself and the legs are also nice. The cushions are comfortable and very firm, but the pillows are kind of hard and not as cushioning as I thought they would be. And they do stick out more than in the pictures online. I might have opted to return this one to get another model from burrow where the pillows are detached and perhaps more cushioning, but the effort and time it took to put it together was not worth disassembling it. For a petite person, the cushions are a comfortable size for me, but I think it might be too small for anyone taller, as in, not a lot of surface area to lounge on. Overall I am happy with this purchase, just wish it wasn’t so firm. I bought this one because it was a perfect size for my small living room and it has the ability to expand later if I ever want a bigger couch.”

“Ok -- I'm not known for my direction following and I was putting this together on my own. It was more difficult than I thought it would be so I would recommend having at least two people. The seat is super firm -- which I like but it may be too firm from some folks. It's actually a bit small in my space so I'm adding a middle seat. I love that this is modular. I tend to move things around and having total flexibility is important to me. Putting together a seat without the arms will be a breeze -- it was the arms that were the most difficult.”

“The color combination I wanted was months out from shipping but it was worth the wait. The packaging was surprisingly neat and easy to remove (no styrofoam in sight!). I was able to take everything out and organize the parts without hassle. The installation portion also went very well. I was able to complete the tasks myself and it was doable for one person. I believe any larger pieces will benefit from at least two persons but in my case, it went very well. I completed the process in about an hour. The entire process didn’t require any additional tools, to my shock. All I used was a quarter to tighten certain screws but otherwise, it was tool-free! That was the best part. All that to say, it was a great experience and I am very happy to be a cute sectional owner for the first time. The range version is super comfortable and I’m hoping to add on to it in the future.”
