“Bought a 3 piece and a 4 piece and eventually another ottoman. I was able to bring it inside and put it all together without assistance, but I probably could've used it a couple times. I've already rearranged the living room 2x and have about 5 more configurations in mind to try when I need a change :) The cushions aren't as deep as our last couch, but totally workable. In the end 2 ottoman's provide the depth we need for serious lounge time. At first I was a little concerned about how the back and side cushion's lay, but they settled down nicely. No complaints so far! We will see how it handles the cats, but so far so good 1 month in.”

“I am very disappointed for many reasons. For starters, 1) the day my order was being shipped, I kept refreshing the tracking link which said they were still on the way. I went out of my apartment building to walk my dog and found all the boxes outside my apartment building! They could've been stolen! 2) about three days later I received an extra box from burrow with hardware pieces, I am guessing the mail man forgot to drop it off on the original day. But again not a phone call to let me know he left it outside. I wasn't even expecting another box. 3)I ordered a Range 2 piece sofa and a Range 3 piece sofa and received 3 corner seats and 2 inline seats as opposed to 4 corner seats and 1 inline seat. We realized we were sent the wrong part after spending hours trying to make up our minds why we couldn't put it together as a sectional. Please send me my missing corner seat. I wanted to love Burrow...such a frustrating process”

“LOVE THIS COUCH. I’ve got a bad back and have been agonizing over finding the perfect combination of seating that’s firm & supportive, comforting & inviting, aesthetically adaptable & “homey” rather than “doctors’ office-y”. The Range is it. Minimalist but not cold or impersonal. Super comfortable for me AND the rest of my family who prefer things on the more “plush” side. If you’re nervous about ordering something online, that’s understandable, but unnecessary in this case. I’d say go for it!”
