“I was unimpressed and frankly extremely bummed at the setup. Several of the hand screws were not holed correctly so it required using a drill to make enough room for the screws to fit through. Then, on roughly half of the hand screws it was extremely hard to get them to catch the threads. That said, and now that several days have passed and the frustration has become comfort, the couch is both beautiful and an elegant highlight in our new home. If I were to have reviewed immediately after setting up it would have been quite poor but honestly, it’s a darn nice couch. 2/5 for setup 5/5 for comfort 5/5 for aesthetics”

“It is so modern and comfortable I couldn’t be happier. I have two tween boys who just love to lounge on it. The fabric is soft and it’s perfect to relax on.”

“This piece exceeded my expectations. Everything came neatly packaged and very well organized. The shipping was fast (arrived in a week) and it was very easy to put together. I was worried about the comfort but it’s actually very cozy and comfortable, just give the cushions some time to set in place. The only thing I wish I could change are the shape of the legs. I would like them to be more cone shaped.”

“Our range 5 piece sectional lounger is perfect for our relatively small urban living room. It didn’t take long to set up and came within a couple days of ordering it. We got the navy blue which is darker than I expected from the pictures, but also richer and I actually like it better. Customer service was very responsive & helpful. They sent us the wrong size cushion for one of the seats & within a day of writing to them, they had a new one on the way to us.”
