It's the sleeper sofa that works the day and night shift with equal grace. First things first: Shift makes for a stylish, supportive couch that can fit just about anywhere, because this is Burrow, and so of course it comes in easy-to-manage boxes that you can fit up steep stairs and through narrow doors. But it really shines when you have guests: the seat unfolds to make a genuine queen-sized sleep surface, and the arm cushion inserts can be removed and slipped into standard pillowcases, saving space in your linen closet. With Shift, you're truly be the host with the most.

“We bought this for our upstairs loft area as a sleeper for our grandsons’ annual visit. The remainder of the year it is a nice look for the space. It is comfortable for sitting and reading.”

“I don't often take the time to review products, but considering the price paid for this couch (and the repetitive requests for an honest review) I thought I would take the time. I was SO excited for this couch! I had literally been searching for several months, and when I saw the marketing for this burrow sleeper coach I was sure it was a winner. Here is the requested honest review: Ordering/Shipping: The website was user friendly and straightforward. It was a bit tricky to get regular updates on the status of my order (which was important to me as it was several weeks out), but I was able to track down the original email which gave me a link I followed over and over again. The boxes eventually arrived in good order, and the packaging was excellent. 3.5 stars for ordering/shipping status. Assembly: As someone who detests assembling furniture etc. I can tell you that the assembly of this couch was a breeze. The instructions were unbelievably straightforward, the necessary tools included, and it was extremely clear that the engineers responsible for it's assembly prioritized ease and logic over saving a dollar. 5 stars for the assembly. Asthetics: Initially, the coach looks fantastic! Unfortunately, the fabric is so tight that after only a couple weeks of VERY light use (it is in my personal office at my place of business, ie. no kids), there are lots of ripples across the top of the fabrics because it has loosened up from being sat on. This is super disappointing. The back and side cushions also stuggle to hold any particular shape because they are stuffed with pillows that are too large for the cushion covers. 2 stars for the asthetics, based on the high price of this couch. Functionality: As a bed, I would give this couch 4 stars. It's a full-size queen and is reasonably confortable (although its nothing to write home about). As a couch, I'm incredibly disaapointed. Because of the design of the couch - particularly the way the bed cushions fold from the front - there is no support along the front of the couch. This translates into an overwhleming feeling of sliding off the front of the couch due to the memory foam and lack of support. 1 star for functionality as a couch. Overall... I'll be getting rid of this couch, and I would caution others from buying it based on the asthetics and functionality issues I mentioned above. Too bad. It had SO much potential.”
