Shift Sleeper Sofa Reviews

It's the sleeper sofa that works the day and night shift with equal grace. First things first: Shift makes for a stylish, supportive couch that can fit just about anywhere, because this is Burrow, and so of course it comes in easy-to-manage boxes that you can fit up steep stairs and through narrow doors. But it really shines when you have guests: the seat unfolds to make a genuine queen-sized sleep surface, and the arm cushion inserts can be removed and slipped into standard pillowcases, saving space in your linen closet. With Shift, you're truly be the host with the most.

Love the color and comfort of this sleeper sofa! My husband and I assembled it in about an hour and a half. It was relatively easy to put together but the different parts could have been labeled more clearly. Otherwise, it's an excellent, stylish, and very comfortable sleeper sofa. I love it!

I was looking for a sleeper sofa option that would fit into a small office space, and the Shift looked like it would do the job. The Shift Sleeper came in several manageable boxes that easily made it around a narrow staircase turn. The sofa itself was relatively easy to assemble - a few of the bolts didn’t line up exactly with the pre-drilled holes (hence the one-star deduction), but everything fit together well enough to feel sturdy. The couch itself is a beautiful color (got it in Moss), and sits firm when in couch mode. We’ve also slept on a few times since getting it, and it sleeps slightly firm & supportive - very comfortable as a bed! Sheets are kind of difficult to get tucked into the back corners, but it’s not too bad - love that true queen sheets can be used. I’m curious to see if the seat cushion sags after a few more months of use but so far, this has been great as an occasional couch in an office that is used sporadically for guests as a sleeper.

Overall very happy with this sleeper sofa! Negatives are that the fabric on the couch is a bit scratchy, it is a stiff couch (because it is also the bed), and the bed is better suited for one guest. Positives are that it was straightforward to build, it’s an aesthetically cute couch, and the bed is comfortable!

Couch arrives in parcels that were easy to get upstairs and the couch was easy to assemble. It's ver comfy as a couch and bed. The sleeper part is truly a genuine queen! We love it.

The sofa is lovely and very comfortable. When COVID recently hit our house, I had the chance to sleep on it for many nights and it was great. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The bad: Confusing instructions (why not add alphanumeric tags?), scratchy covers, help line that plays classical music with no words and hangs up on you, help hours not listed in the assembly instructions, uneven text support, cushion shapes don’t mirror cover shapes The good: excellent mattress, good sofa design, shipping and packaging, ok price, support from physical stores

So easy to put together. Not lugging a sleeper sofa up the stairs is worth the price alone. Super comfortable for sleeping.
