“This is our first Union purchase, and we're thrilled with the color, quality and comfort of our Union 3-Seat Sofa and ottoman/tray combo. The navy is much lighter and more neutral than it appeared online, which we actually love for the staying power in our main living room. We'll be purchasing more Burrow pieces in the future!”

“Very comfortable. I am unsure as to whether the seat backs are completely locked into place. I also ended up with four extra long screws; not sure if they belong somewhere.”

“Put together in an hour. Very comfy. Padding on the legs has to be removed because it made them too big to fit in. But for that would have given it five stars. Recommend!”

“We love our new sofa! It is stylish and comfortable, though almost ridiculously hard when you first sit on it. It’s bizarre. Kind of like the material is slow acting memory foam. Burrow originally shipped us wrong pieces (included extra arms but missing one of the seats.) While helpful, customer service was on a 36-48 hour delay. When they shipped the correct parts to an incorrect address, it led to a wild goose chase. They fixed the issue (shipped ANOTHER order) and made it right but it was a small cluster. I wish you could actually speak to someone in customer service instead of email with a 48 hour response time.”
