“Unfortunately, this wasn’t the couch for us. The bottom seats were WAY firmer than we anticipated. We knew they wouldn’t be sink in, soft/plush, but they were probably the firmest of all the 30+ couches we had sat on in our search. The back cushions were fairly comfortable and filled out reasonably well after 2 days (the fill was vacuum packed), but the frame was a fair bit lower than the cushion, and you could feel the hard frame through the back cushion when you leaned back. The colour was amazing and material looked durable. Burrow was great with the return. We had it disassembled and returned within a week of buying it. Was excited to try a Canadian company, but disappointed our online purchase didn’t work out in our favour! (Assembly took about 3 hours with two people).”

“We saw some of the reviews that said it was too shallow, too firm, and too rough out of the box so we were a little skeptical. We ended up in-store to test it out before purchase and liked it. We placed the order and it arrived sooner than the estimate given. Fairly easy to assemble, just took a little time. We absolutely love the color, the size for our space, and the comfortability of it. Feels sturdy and just overall really happy with the experience!”

“What a gem of a couch. It came quickly, was fairly easy to assemble, and looks stunning in our living room. It’s both elegant and comfortable; a real centrepiece to the room. We’ll be enjoying the couch for years to come!”

“Great size for old homes with smaller size rooms and fits in effortlessly while still feeling modern! Very comfy. We had an issue with a few parts but the customer service was quick and happy to get us what we needed (I’ve heard horror stories about other brands) and it came very quickly (the major selling point for us)!”

“Couch arrived fairly quick! I highly recommend having another person help to unbox and put together. I love that the fabric is suppose to be stain resistance and washable. It is easy to vacuum dog hair ( I have 3 labs) comes right up. This couch is something where you NEED to follow the directions. My loss of star is company sent us wrong piece. So it look us way too long to put together realizing we were missing a big piece to our puzzle. The couch is stiff at first and sits low but we got used to it in about a week. This is not a couch you sink in to but it fits perfect in our small living room.”
