I love how easy this sofa is to clean & that you can add pieces/rearrange it! I did take off a star because the screws to put it together are very difficult- they're barely long enough to lock in, and at least one of our screws/holes was stripped.

It looks great when you assemble it correctly! We didn't follow the instructions exactly at first, and had to disassemble and reassemble. Read the directions carefully. Ultimately, we're really happy with how it looks and feels. It's height off the ground will make it easy to vacuumed under. I appreciated the packaging, and little baggies for the hardware.

I was very unsatisfied with the sectional. I decided to return it and thankfully the process was without issue. I'm very surprised that the reviews are so consistently positive, because in general the sectional was small and uncomfortable. Above all it fell far below our expectations at the price. It's priced along with premium and designer sectionals, but is less comfort and smaller than budget sectionals. Here's a breakdown of my thoughts in each area: Pros: - In blue the fabric looks great. I was afraid it would look plastic-y to make the durability possible but I really liked it. - I didn't put it to the test because I returned it, but if the fabric holds up to the promise of durability that's really great. - In theory the flexibility of reconfiguring is great, though it was more limited than presented. Side and corner pieces are different if they are the last piece or connected to another piece (they use a wide or short back depending). Cons: - Overall size - the sectional looks miniature. It's a bit hard to tell in my photo because wide angle photography makes things look larger along the edge, but look closely at how I fit on the couch. Both me (5'11") and my 5'8" wife felt huge. It's small in every way, height off the ground, height of the backing (notice the couch it's up against), and depth, so it's not noticeable in photos without people. Multiple guests couldn't believe how tiny the couch is. - Depth - the sectional was extremely shallow. I didn't think to compare the measurements to other brands, but one brand we were looking at offers three depths: extra deep, standard, and petite. Burrow is several inches shallower than their petite. - Height off ground - Looking at the photo you can tell my knees are high in the air. I felt like I was on an airplane seat on a budget airline. Sure, there is variation in couch height, but this one is definitely of the shortest, if not the shortest, of all we tested. - Comfort - the couch is extremely firm. We probably sat on 20 different couches when shopping and none come anywhere close to how firm this couch is. It feels like it's designed for a waiting room, not your family room. - Assembly - it took several hours to assemble a 5-piece sectional (and also quite a bit of time to disassemble it when we returned it). Once assembled, several of the feet did not touch the floor (see photo). We contacted assembly support which took days to write back and said that our floor was probably uneven, despite no issues with other sofas. After a few days, though, it "settled" and all the legs were touching the floor. That makes me really doubt the build quality.

It's okay. High quality for sure. Low back support is not ideal but I should have known that going in. The inserts in the back pillows are too firm. Difficult to get comfortable in full honesty.
