“Replaced our 13 yo sofa at last, and so far (1 month in) we’re very pleased with the 5 seat sectional range in green. It’s on the firm side, which I like. It has already resisted being stained by coffee ice cream - no visible mark left after a quick soap and water spot-clean. Only negatives have to do with arrival and assembly: while putting together a symmetric 3 seater might be simple, it was a little maddening to get the pieces aligned and connected properly for our configuration. A video would be helpful. Also the delivery was rough: boxes dropped out of a truck onto the sidewalk. (Probably not Burrow’s fault.) Hopefully those memories will fade as we continue to enjoy this comfortable sofa.”

“My husband and I looked at soooo many couches over the past year trying to find the right one that would work for our home. We have 3 cats so it needs to be fairly indestructible and easy to clean. I also had a very specific style I was looking for that nothing in any store seemed to match without being outrageously expensive or something you'd see in your grandparents basement. Being American made is a must, but the added responsibly sourced and without harsh chemicals is an awesome perk. I like knowing I'm buying from a company who cares about quality just as much as they care about how and where they get their materials from. When I realized all of their couches were modular, that was a 100% yes from me. I wasn't looking for modular, but realized just how convenient it would be if ever we wanted to add on or move it around. (I want to note too that this couch is not huge. I wanted something modest, not oversized for our Livingroom. So don't expect this to have high backs and sit deep. It's perfect for the space I bought it for. Just wanted to mention pay attention to the dimensions when looking for your space.) They shipped the manual and hardware ahead of time so you could study what you needed to do before you started. It was laid out nice and easy to follow. Definitely do your research and really focus on what it is you're wanting/needing in a couch. I don't think you'll be disappointed if what you find led you to Burrow.”

“Hi, I purchased the Range modular couch. Initially I liked the sofa because of its ability to adjust, however, I have thought since I have had it a few months, how I do not enjoy the depth of the couch. I would say it is not a couch you sink into after a long day and that is something I really desire”

“We ordered the sectional sofa on Sunday afternoon; it arrived on Wednesday afternoon -- very fast. FedEx delivered it in the pouring rain, meaning that the boxes all got wet -- but thanks to smart packing, the inside contents remained dry. It took me five hours working alone to assemble the sofa, with a couple of snafus in the process. Instructions to review in advance of assembly would have been helpful; these arrived via email three days later. (I'm convinced that a box was mislabeled -- right side versus inline -- but perhaps I was inattentive instead.) Notwithstanding snafus and a partial disassembly and reassembly, the results were as hoped for: a sleek, elegant corner sectional that fits perfectly in our living space. The back cushions give good support. The gray is very sensible and picks up color from the blue walls in bright light. We're loving it so far. You'll have a hard time getting all the back cushions to look as crisp as they are in the photos. But they're convincingly full and well-padded. It remains to be seen how well the cushions hold up, whether it's easy to clean up minor spills on the fabric, etc. But so far, five stars.”

“I have to say, I did a ton of price shopping, review reading, and internet searching before I stumbled upon burrow. I proceeded to read what felt like hundreds of reviews on the Range 5 piece sectional.. having never ordered a couch online.. I was nervous to make the plunge! I could not find one negative review, and with dozens of photos of the couch I wanted, in other peoples spaces, I took the risk and ordered it! Sooo glad I did! Shipping was incredibly fast, it arrived in a few days! Only slightly delayed by an ice storm here in Oregon. This couch has every feature I was looking for in a new sectional. It fits many, but isn’t HUGE. I have a small, cozy space (1920 home) so I wanted seats without having a hulking, massive sectional that takes up the whole room. THIS couch is it! I LOVE the low profile back- it sits below window sills and adds to its sleek stature. I love that it’s legs are tall- my Roomba is able to clean underneath without getting stuck! I love that it’s firm(ish)- it’s firm, yet comfortable. It’s firm in the way that you know it’ll hold its shape for ages to come, yet it’s extremely comfortable to cozy up for showtime. It just looks so clean and sleek in my space, it is 5 stars for me, all around. The fabric will definitely hold up if you have cats!!! Mine don’t claw the sides often, but I can hear their claws dig in when they stretch out, popping in and out of the fabric.. and NOTHING is shown on the fabric- no pulling, no snagging, no pilling, no marks of any kind. Incredible for cat lovers! My partner had a sleepless, insomnia night and he slept on the couch one night last week. He reported that it was incredibly comfortable, supportive on his back, he slept great. So it doubles as a guest bed, really! Customer service was spot on. You actually deal with a person and not a robot if you need to contact the company. I had a question about pricing and colors and I got a response immediately. If you’ve ever tried to deal with Comcast, then you know the frustration these companies can bring you. Not Burrow! I had faith that even if the couch didn’t fit, the return process would be painless. If you’re looking for a low profile, modern couch that shape shifts and holds its shape for ages and won’t snag with your pets..? Go burrow. You won’t be disappointed!”
