“I was very excited to get this sectional in green and it only took a few weeks to come in. It came in 6 boxes and took a few house to put together. You will need two people because it was not easy to get it all together. But the reason I am returning it and giving a low review is due to comfort. It looks amazing, but it is so uncomfortable. The fabric is rough and rubbed my skin every time I moved. It is also very firm and hard. I could not get comfortable and just didn't want to even sit on it. It may not be the sofa for you if you would like something even a bit soft or plush. Sorry to have to return it.”

“once I figured it out the put together went very smoothly. very comfortable to sit on. the back cushions will take a while to settle and lie flatter but over all looks great. only issue I had was delivery.... no one was home and they just left it there in front of the house.”

“It has the sofa backs that stay put, I love the color, just what I hoped for. However, putting it together reminded me of furniture from Ikea. We almost had an extra piece (leg) but we figured it out. Also I thought that I did my homework, but the sectional sits a whole lot lower than I thought. The cushions are firm, but that's okay, maybe it'll last longer. I'm not sure that I would purchase this sectional again sorry. I wish I could've given a more positive review.”

“Overall, we really like our sectional! The blue color is beautiful and the sectional is SO spacious. I love knowing that we can add on pieces flexibly as our family grows. I will say that putting it together was very time-consuming. I wish that the instructions included step-by-step details and not just pictures.”

“Have had this couch only a couple weeks now, but our 3 cats have not been able to pull a single thread or damage it one bit, despite their best efforts. Very impressed with this pet-proof fabric!! Couch is comfortable and looks great too! Set up was super easy.”

“I ordered the Range 5-Piece Sectional for my new studio apartment and overall am very pleased. Delivery was crazy fast! The boxes came in five days which, considering everything going on with supply-chain issues, is very impressive. They shipped the order with one box for each module plus one box for the hardware and legs. Assembly took longer than I would have liked but wasn’t difficult. Not counting the time to move the boxes from the lobby to my studio, I assembled the 5-Piece sectional in 3 hours by myself. I’m not an extremely handy person so if you are and/or have helping hands it might go faster. One of the big draws of the Burrow system is its modularity: it could theoretically reconfigure or expand. Considering the build time, however, I wouldn’t go through the trouble unless I moved or seriously changed my furniture layout. Personally, I saw the modularity as a nice bonus rather than an essential feature, and it’s nice to know there’s flexibility down the road if I need it. As for the looks, I think its handsome. Basically, what you see on the website is what you get. If you want high modern vibes and a sleek silhouette you came to the right place. The one thing I will say is that the seam between the back cushions probably won’t look as nice as the showroom pics. Other reviewers commented on this also, so if that’s the sort of thing that really bothers you, be prepared for finagling. Lastly, and most importantly, are the feels. Like a lot of people, I was a quite nervous about buying a couch online that I didn’t sit on first. It was a risk I was willing to take and am glad I did. The generous return policy gives me the confidence to recommend this for anyone. For people that are picky or on the edge you could unbox one module or a pair before committing to the real deal. The seat cushion has an initial softness and sink that gives way to a gentle firmness with a subtle bounce as I lower my full weight. The back cushion is luxuriously reclined and softer than the seat, enveloping the lower torso. Some couches need an extra pillow for lumbar support, but the shape of the back cushion combined with the depth of the seat alleviates this issue. I like the look of the low back, but I was nervous going in that it wouldn’t feel supportive. On the contrary, I’m finding that the couch naturally rolls the shoulders back which is great because we spend so much time hunched over. Another bonus to the low back is the support for leaning an elbow for reading/using the phone or resting an outstretched arm along the back. Laying down is also comfortable and again doesn’t require a pillow for the head if you have a closed end or corner piece. I wouldn’t mind a wider seat for additional lounging positions, but I guess it’s a tradeoff for having such a fine sitting experience. The one variable still out there is the long-term durability/comfort of the couch which remains to be seen.”
