“Honestly I had high hopes for this piece but I was pretty disappointed after waiting for a month for this to get delivered. My main reason for buying was the modularity. I wanted a piece I could easily adjusts and and change the layout of for different events or even to change up my living room layout. Putting this together took me hours, with some parts misaligned which made it hard to fit together (black bottom linking piece went in further than the corner cut out of the unit) and once I put everything together I realized the only way to change things around is to repeat the entire process this means having to lay the pieces on their back, unscrewing 2+ hand screws, unscrewing 2+ thumb screws (needed a quarter and even that was super hard to tighten) rescrewing legs or new hand screws, rescrewing thumb screws. It’s just not friendly to moving things around - I’ve seen other units that use clamps you can open and close in less than a minute which is way more user friendly. On top of that the way it is made the legs are between units so if you wanna change anything you have to restructure all the legs. And if you want to separate any pieces you need to buy two legs which are like $30 for a pair. This seems highly unnecessary for a piece that is advertised as highly modular. I waited over a month for this and I don’t have the energy to return and look for a new couch so I will be keeping it but I don’t think I’ll be purchasing here again. It’s a shame cause I really loved the style / look of it and the customer service at the flagship location was top tier.”

“My family and I are in love with how spacious this 6 seat sectional is. We love the packaging, which we have reused to store items. The only feedback we have is that we wish the legs were wider. We have a jumpy toddler and a lot of the legs are bending already (hasn't been 3 months).”

“Putting it together can be a bit difficult alone but it is well worth it it is so comfortable and feels so big but doesn’t take up too much space. We didn’t attach the ottoman so we could move it out and create more space when we have guests over. The first night we got it we slept on it and it felt bigger than our queen bed. Put dogs have gone crazy on it and so far no scratches or damage. I definitely recommend this couch for everyone”

“Having heard so many reviews of burrow couches, I decided to give it a try while they were running a sale. Overall the couch is fine. But I definitely couldn't call it cozy. The couch is VERY firm and the legs are uneven, the back pillows are a weird shape and don't lay right. As for assembly the couch wasn't that difficult to put together, but the instructions were unclear and took a while for me to get the hang of. I was able to put it together by myself though (27, female). Over all I am happy with it, I just am not as thrilled as I thought I would be.”
