“Very disappointed in the set of two wall shelves that I purchased. One unit is noticeably several shades darker than the other. Everyone who has seen the shelves comments on how they don't match. In addition neither unit match the color of the shelves from what's posted online. It is not a bright oak finish, more of a desaturated brown. It has been three days and I still have not received a reply from Burrow. The return process sounds cumbersome, and the lack of response is not giving me any confidence in the process either. I've been wanting these shelves for over a year and finally decided to splurge. What a bummer.”

“We bought this for some more l shelving space for nicknacks and plants. Assembly was so easy and the instructions were amazing. I could tape them to the wall and mark exactly where I needed to drill. I plan on ordering from them again!”

“I bought 2 wall shelves in oak, when they arrived neither matched the other. The shelves were also warped and would not align. I was forced to return them, a painful process with Burrow.”

“The oak shelves we ordered are much darker in person than they appear to be online. They don’t match the other oak furniture we have in the room (not from Burrow). One shelf also appears to have a slightly darker stain than the other shelf.”
