“The leather is beautiful. It’s soft and basically perfect. My only complaint is that I wish the sofa was deeper. It’s a little tight to lay on with the back pillows in place if you have broad shoulders.”

“This couch is so comfy and looks awesome! I love the ability to move the chaise around whenever I want. And it was so easy to put together! Customer service was a little cray for a sec but they got it together, so I’ll let them slide. Very happy with this purchase!”

“I was so excited to finally receive my couch! I live in a high rise condo and so having it shipped in boxes was so helpful. Everything was packaged well. The instructions come in the box with Arms if you have a hard finding the email with the ones they sent you. This is definitely a two person job of putting it together but overall it was very simple and easy (just too bulky to do yourself). Since the couch comes in modules, you’ll end up with an extra seat cushion that you’ll have to store somewhere. I ordered a few leather samples from different retailers to see which ones would hold up the best with having two cats. The burrow sample held up the best when trying to aggressively scratch it. This seems to stay true with the actual leather on the couch. Although the leather feels durable, it’s already starting to soften as we lounge on it. At first I wasn’t sure how to feel about it loosening up but it’s grown on me that the couch will end up more cozy over time and not as stiff. I also ordered the bolster pillows which honestly I could have done without. My husband likes them though so we kept them. The are very firm but maybe they will soften up over time too. My one and only concern is that the couch seems much smaller than I was envisioning. Part of that may be because our last couch was pretty big. The size works with our condos small living room but I could see this couch being too small for large rooms. The seats are not very deep and when I sit upright on the chaise, my feet reach the end of it (I’m 5’9”). In the end, my husband and I have been really enjoying curling up on this couch and watching tv. We’ve already passed out on it so I guess that says something!”

“The couch is not only very comfortable, but it matches our style. When you first get the leather it’s quite “sturdy”, but after a few sits it’s very comfortable. Definitely recommend.”
