“The leather is buttery soft and absolutely lovely, and it’s a roomy comfortable chair. The assembly process was a bit tricky though. For one of the arms, the factory didn’t cut the hole in the leather where the little dowels on the back of the chair are supposed to insert into the arm so that you can engage the lever and lock the arm into place. We obviously didn’t have appropriate leather cutting tools lying around, and since it IS high quality leather it was tough to cut! It also came with a small scuff on the corner of one arm, but nothing that would be a deal breaker. Overall we’re happy with the purchase.”
