“Let me be real- I LOVE this couch and debated for MONTHS what to put in my place. The leather is beautiful, firm but will give with time and the color is gorgeous. However the boxes, building and take down made me want to never do it alone again. I highly suggest you have someone to help you and dedicate 1-2 hours of time. But very much worth it.”
“We have had our leather sectional for about 3 months now. We love it! The leather and color is beautiful and the modern style perfect for our home. Easy to put together as long as you follow the steps in the right order. The frame is sturdy and the size perfect.
The one limitation is the back cushions were sliding around a bit so had to Velcro them in place. The bottom cushions do great though.”
“I'll preface this by saying I've only owned this couch for a little over a week so this is more of an immediate response and perhaps I could do a follow-up some time down the road if my perspective changes; but I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Burrow. When I submitted my order I was given a 6-8 week time estimate for delivery which I was aware of and thought was reasonable enough. Much to my (pleasant) surprise, I received a text from Burrow about four weeks after that saying my couch was on the way. Delivery went better than I expected too: they were transparent and met their estimated delivery date and even kindly brought the boxes (eight of them) up to my apartment.
The packaging was sound, the material was undamaged. Assembly instructions were straightforward. It ended up taking me about a few hours to unpack the couch and piece it together. To be fair, it was a six-seat sectional and I did it alone so if you have a partner to help I imagine it would assuage some of that process.
The leather is beautiful and the couch has a really great glow when the sun hits. Excited to spend some time napping on this thing. I highly recommend my experience with Burrow.”
“I love my new sectional from Nomad, the only negative thing I have to say is it’s not as easy as they say to put together, it took us about 2 hours to do this, some connections of the levers were very difficult to line up and secure, the latches were easy peasy!”
“We love our new couch, we bought a corner sectional in leather. The leather is soft and feels really nice and the couch looks great. We ordered August 3 and the couch was delivered late September, so faster than we expected based on other reviews/stories of long ship time.
Our biggest complaint was that assembly was a bit harder than expected. The pegs in the corner piece did not fit together nicely the way the other sections did. We ended up having to use a drill to make two holes more oval shaped in order to make the pieces fit together. It probably took us about 1.5 hours total. Now that the couch is fully assembled we love it and it fits perfectly in our space!”
“It's a strong and sturdy sectional, well made. Some pieces were a little hard to connect, but we were able to connect it and love it...I actually wanting to buy another piece to make it even longer. The cushions are firm enough to not sag, but soft enough to relax and get comfortable.”
