“This sofa was great to receive the sofa packed in boxes since I live in a walk-up apartment building with a narrow hall. I could never get a sofa of this size in there otherwise. It’s very stylish, with good quality leather. My only complaint is I wish the back rest cushions had Velcro to attach to the frame, and I wish it would glide easily on carpet. The metal legs are hard to move on carpet.”

“The sofa was a little harder to put together than expected, but it looks nice. You can smell it’s real leather, it feels sturdy, and the cushions are pretty comfortable. I do wish the cushions were a bit squishier and the back higher to lean my head on, but those are my only complaints. It’s long enough to sleep on for a 5’6” person. My husband and I are fighting over the ottoman, so we may need to get a second ottoman!”

“I am extremely happy with my Burrow couch after the first few weeks. I am beyond excited to never have to maneuver a traditional couch through tight apartment stairwells. Assembly was quick and simple. The most challenging part of assembly was attaching the arms while aligning the back and bottom. Once assembled, the couch is surprisingly sturdy. The tension clips do sometimes come unclasped when dragging the couch, but this has not been a big problem. The included USB charger is a great feature to have. I've found myself using it as a tether for the Apple TV remote. My order was delivered weeks ahead of the timeline provided at checkout, and the Burrow support team was extremely accommodating with rescheduling the delivery for my schedule. I have nothing but good things to say about the support team! I hope to purchase from Burrow again in the future.”

“We are overall satisfied with our sofa. While the videos and explanation give the impression that the boxes are easy to maneuver and the sofa is a breeze to assemble, it is definitely a two person job and moving the boxes requires a significant amount of strength. That said, the quality of the sofa is good and we are happy with our purchase.”

“at first i planned to keep the boxes like burrow suggests but after 24 hours i knew i wouldn't need them again. very happy with my purchase. will say that the boxes are heavy - the video made me think they could be easily handled by one person, but they are unwieldy and heavy and you can't walk around with them so have a plan for moving them that involves another human or a dolly. furniture feels sturdy and is as advertised.”
