“I purchased the Nomad Loveseat with chaise. The sized and quality are good but the seat and back cushions were very firm which made them feel hard. I was told by customer service that the other couches would probably feel the same way. The couch was easy to put together and I was impressed with the fabric. I am able to return the couch for a full refund in 30 days. I am disappointed but happy with customer service.”
