“The sofa itself is lovely and was easy to assemble. I chose burrow because I have a cat and fabrics were advertised as being resistant to scratching. That well may be, but the ivory fabric is like Velcro for pet hair. I have tried every pet hair removal tool and vacuum attachment that has been created and the fur remains stuck. The light colored woven fabric has been challenging even if attractive.”

“Summary: I LOVE THIS COUCH. Best sofa I have ever owned! I am extremely particular. No buyers remorse here! Details: We purchssed during a great Black Friday deal. I previously was researching modular couch options to replace our dingy, old Wayfair love seat that we owned for 7 years! I found Burrow and purchased the sofa with a chaise lounge. First off, our order was delayed for almost a month, but when it shipped it was here SUPER fast. Our order came in seven boxes. It was quite a cardio work out lugging them up a flight of stairs, but doable! The instructions were fairly easy to follow and not too much of a task putting together. Great quality materials and very solid. If you are used to a ploofy cloud-like couch the Nomad is FIRM. Like a world of difference firm. However, we wanted firm for the support due to the amount of time we spend on it. Clean up is easy. We have a furry white haired friend who loves shaking her little white hairs on everything. This can be an annoyance lint rolling your couch every so often, but I also realized I should probably brush her more often. We also have a throw to maintain as well. Still looks great! Looks great, feels great. I was nervous but I am very happy, even with the price tag.”

“The couch arrived and was assembled but not effortlessly or without aggravation. 1. Two days before Burrow provided delivery window succeed, I texted for further updates so I could plan to receive delivery. It was specified it would ship via FedEx in 7 boxes and I was further informed due to order backlogs, it would be shipped in a few days, arriving 3-5 days after. 2. Next day, 4 boxes arrived and I received emails from both Burrow and FedEx that delivery was complete. 3. I texted Burrow to ask about remaining boxes. Was told the other 3 would arrive separately. Ended up getting 1 box per day for the next 3 business days. Therefore, I couldn’t start assembling for 5 days . 4. Definitely a 2 person job. All pieces were present and in good shape. However, 1 thread insertion for a thumbscrew that held the leg plate was wrong. None of the thumbscrews would go in (all the screws worked in the other holes so it definitely was a problem with the screw insertion). I texted Burrow and received a reply that due to high volume, a reply would take awhile. After a couple of hours, I decided to go through all the screws I’ve acquired through life to see if I could find one that would work and luckily, I did and it didn’t take long to find. Finished assembling the couch and it looks and feels great. Ultimately, we’re happy. Communication content and process provoked unnecessary anxiety.”

“When I ordered my couch, it said it would ship in 2-4 weeks. Those 4 weeks came and went, and I did not receive any communication from Burrow that my shipment had been delayed. When I went online to track my order, it simply said "Ships soon". I reached out to customer service to get an expected date of shipment, and was assured it would ship by the "end of the week". The end of the week came and went, and I still did not receive any communication from Burrow. I reached out again and customer service said they had to contact the "back office team" to get the date of shipment, but this took another 2 days to receive a response. When the couch arrived, the material was very scratchy and not as comfortable as I wanted, but did not want to go through the ordeal of returning it and having to pay for shipping. Overall I was very displeased with the delayed shipping, shoddy communication, and scratchy material and will not be ordering from Burrow again.”
