“My first real furniture purchase as an adult, and I couldn't be happier! What an upgrade from my hand-me-down college two-seat couch -- I *wish* I had a Burrow couch in college, it is the same size but looks much nicer and is infinitely more comfortable and moveable! I live on the second floor of condo-style apartments (no elevator and a very narrow opening at the top of the stairs with the bannister); the delivery was SO smooth. Very amusing to have the UPS delivery person say "Uh...I have a 'couple' packages for you" -- there were a dozen boxes total Each was light enough to carry/drag up the stairs myself. I had a team of three put together both couches -- me myself & I! Only tricky part was the arm rest latches, they required more pressure. Putting a towel over one end and pushing against the wall with a knee on the back worked a treat! Light enough to tip upright myself, too. (Actually, the most difficult part was breaking down the boxes afterwards, I didn't have a box cutter and the glue on them was THICK -- pretty telling that the couches were easier to put together than the packaging was to collapse!) Overall I am beyond pleased with the quality, comfort, look, delivery -- everything! If anyone I know is looking for new furniture, especially college and apartment dwellers, I will certainly recommend them to take a look here!”

“One week into doubling as a giant cat gym and zero snags. It was just as easy to put together as was described and I love the color. It looks so good in my living room.”

“This sectional was so easy to put together and is very comfortable. I was expecting hard cushions and they are so comfortable! It is in our playroom/movie room basement area and the kids are rough on it and it holds up so well. I am very impressed with this couch and would definitely order again.”

“Sofa is pretty great, but the company is terribly slow. I was shipped the wrong legs with my sofa and needed them replaced. I was told the change would take 1-2 business weeks to process, then they would ship the new legs. Why so long to fix their mistake? Why can't they ship things immediately to fix an error? Why 2 weeks to simply process the request!?”

“This sectional sofa can be right or left facing and even comes with an extra short cushion, should you decide you don't want to use the sectional chaise at all. Additionally, if you move into a larger space, you can purchase individual segments - ad another short section, or even add another, opposing chaise. The fabric is sturdy, yet elegant and classic. The cushions are comfortable yet firm and feel like they will hold their shape over time. The legs are stained, solid wood. Customer service is outstanding.”
