“Loved that it was delivered in separate, labeled boxes that were easy to move since I'm on a top floor apartment. Assembly instructions were clear and easy though they did not include instructions for movable chaise. Shipment was delayed a couple weeks due to demand, and there was a slight hiccup in the fabric stitching on the chaise (see photo). Overall I am happy with it.”

“The couch has been exactly what I expected. It was easy to put together with the help of a friend. Everything locked into place just as expected and I even got an extra cushion in the delivery if I want to remove the chase and have a regular three-seater option. What I did notice was the backing was not as sturdy as a wanted it to be but I don't anticipate any issues from that. Also the cushions are perfect and comfortable. I even slept on it for two random nights.”

“This couch was easy to put together - I did it solo (flashback to my k'nex days in childhood). The boxes weren't particularly heavy but they're bulky so it sucked carrying it up the 3rd floor by myself. It seems to be holding up ok so far - I do have some concerns about the longevity of the back cushions since my dog likes to look out the window and smashes the cushions up. I do wish the ottoman base that they send for the chaise attached somehow. And I also have a spare bottom cushion now... If you've got a medium size dog or large that like to cuddle with you, this is likely not wide enough for that”

“I bought this couch for my first house to match a couch with a similar style. When it arrived it came in six boxes, but all the boxes were very easy to move and fairly light. The locking mechanisms that they use for assembly made it fairly easy, it helps to have another person align the pieces for you but otherwise I got fairly far on my own. The couch is really firm, which I enjoy, and looks/feels to be made of quality materials. I think this couch will last a long time. It looks just like the website, will last awhile, and was easy to assemble. Super pleased with this purchase.”

“The customer service is great, the packaging is beautiful, and its SO easy to put together. This couch is suited for those who are looking for something specific and modern to fill their space. It looked really pretty when we first set it up and I am sure this is a 5/5 for some. For those like myself, who are big couch potatoes, this is not the one for you. I love taking naps on the couch with my husband and playing video games. The couch is firm, and you can feel the dividing sections when you lie down, which is very uncomfortable. Also, its only been about a month and the cushions already look scrunched and warped. If the couch was under $9000 I likely would have liked it more. However, the cost does not justify the quality to me considering you can go to a large furniture store to get a way comfier one delivered for less than $9000 total. For those with cats - My cats dont really claw much and the 1st couch I had stood up a few years to their stretching on it. I am only a month in and the fabric is already pulling apart from them at the corners. The fabric weave is not suited to animals with sharp claws.”
