Great looking couch, all the materials are top tier, but it’s very firm.

The couch is quite comfy and looks great. But mostly I'm thrilled with how incredibly easy it was to put together. I assembled it all by myself in less than an hour (plus the time to unbox the parts from the boxes). Would definitely order again.

We had some difficulty putting it together, but we love our sofa.

Easy to put together, sturdy, but fabric is not as comfortable as I would hope. Feels like a high traffic sofa you’d find in a hotel. Shipping was quick.

I am someone who takes a long time to make what for me are big purchases. I have spent a long time looking for the right couch. This couch is perfect for my needs. I have a smaller living room and it fits perfectly but still allows for room for expansion. I plan to get additional pieces to wrap around the corner of my living room. I personally like a little bit firmer of a couch so that it provides support. I love the phone charger too!

I needed to find a couch that was durable and so far so good with my Burrow! All spills have been super cleanable and the couch still looks like new. It’s comfortable and is perfect for our space

Within days the stain resistance was put to the test. Came right up. For humans, I've never been able to nap during the day. I took 2 the day I received it. Easy to assemble and sturdy. Live this couch!

I recently moved to a much nicer apartment from an older one that I've been in in the last few years. I wanted/needed a new couch. I have been a big fan of mattresses-in-a-box in the past and now wanted to try out a couch! The purchase experience was very easy. I bought on Black Friday for a great deal. No waiting in line, I was able to see what was in stock and approximately how long it would take for it to get shipped out. I'm not that patient. :-) I went with the Nomad with Chaise in the stone-grey color with walnut accessories. The shipment came in 7 boxes total. They were delivered on a day that I was at home, so I helped the courier move them from my stoop to my foyer. I saw all the boxes and was scared but they are quite light and manageable. They went up one flight of stairs with ease. After the courier had left, I noticed that I only had 6 boxes. I texted Burrow who tracked down the package which was one day late. It turns out the label was "unreadable," probably got ripped off or damaged in moving and needed a new one added. That added a one-day delay. Nothing Burrow could do about it, and I was very happy with how fast they were able to track it down. The missing package was the Chaise cushion, so I was still able to enjoy the sofa for the day! I do wish that the accessories box was listed "OPEN ME FIRST" or something like that. I didn't know where to begin, but I finally found the instructions. Putting the couch together was pretty easy for myself honestly. There are places where a second person could be beneficial, like when trying to line up posts and plates, but it is very manageable. I'm coming from a Target futon that I used for years. It went from a firm futon to being broken in and you were literally sitting on the foundation of it within the first year. This couch is much different. Much more build quality, quality foam and fabrics, etc. I expect it to last for a while. I have a cat and I was very worried about a new couch with him. I did find these vinyl panels called "Panther Armor" on Amazon and they are doing a great job at keeping him from scratching without damaging the couch itself. He does have the urge every once in a while, on the arm rest, but he has caused no damage at all, no thread out of place, I'm not quite sure how you all have done that. I REALLY like the chaise concept. You can move it anywhere, take it off. Also, since you get a new cushio with the chaise, that gives you a replacement square cushion for the other two seats if you were to get one dirty. They never talk about that :-) Speaking of dirty, I dropped a piece of a chocolate bar on the couch the other day and it melted to the fabric. I used a Bissell pet carpet and upholstery spray, and it took it right out. It looks amazing in my living room. It sits so nicely right in front of these huge windows that I have. It is very comfortable. I, being 6'1", can lie down on the couch completely, which I haven't been able to do in a while. The chaise, while probably being best for someone a little shorter than me, is still really comfortable and that's where you will most likely fine me. I like the Burrow Nomad Sofa with Chaise so much that I am really thinking about getting some more Burrow products for the apartment!
