“We put together the nomad king sectional after removing our old couch. We loved the design and quality of the modular pieces. Unfortunately the moment we sat on it we realized how incredibly hard and upright and small the couch is. This is simply a show couch. Within minutes we decided we needed to return the couch. We packed the couch back into the boxes and I filled out the return form. I also sent an email to customer service. I waited and no response. I finally got a response to my email 3 days later which said that my return form is in the queue and I should hear from someone shortly. It has now been 5 full business days and I haven't heard anything. Still have all 8 huge boxes ready to go but I can't get anyone to help me with return. No phone #, email not helpful, very disappointed.”

“A year and a half after purchasing the sofa, it's not holding up well at all. The foam in the seats is so thin, and it's wearing in unevenly. There's a very noticeable dip on the seat with the chaise, and unlike the other cushions I can't rotate that one to disguise it. The fabric is also pilling badly on three of the cushions. This is just normal, even light, wear and tear. Just two adults and two small dogs sitting on the sofa (the pilling is not even where the dogs like to sit either). The screws on the bottom loosen over time, so I have to get down on the floor and tighten them every couple of months. We are already discussing purchasing a new sofa because this one will probably be unusable in another year.”

“With 3 cats, a large dog and two kids we looked at tons of couches and read reviews trying to find the most durable option. We absolutely love it and it was simple to put together once I got my husband to actually read the directions.”

“Ordered my couch on a Sunday evening and it arrived early Friday morning. Great shipping and great product. Everything came and I was able to install the couch by myself in 30 minutes after quickly reading the instructions provided. I live in the second floor of an apartment building constructed in 1941 so the packaging of this couch is exactly what I needed. I couldn’t be more happy with this purchase!”

“I like this sectional and it works perfectly in my space! It was easy to put together - once you figure it out - the instructions were not very helpful so it took longer than it should based on trial and error. Another great thing is, it could just be a four-seater sofa if you don't want the chaise on so I really like the option! If you like a low back, this is the sofa for you, but some people like a higher back so they can lean back, especially if the sofa is not against the wall. I have low ceilings so it works...took me a few days to get used to the height...but I think it would be a bit short if the ceilings were vaulted.”
