“I’m always a bit skeptical ordering from a new-to-me company, but glad we took a chance with Burrow. Delivery was fast, even between Christmas and New Year’s! Assembly was a breeze with two of us. It’s clear during the assembly process how well made everything is. This is a firm couch with strong bones. Looks nice too - we love switching cushion sides for variety. It does show pet hair/lint a bit, but cleans easily. The material is heavy duty and seems like it will last. We’re happy with our first Burrow purchase.”

“The process from ordering and receiving my furniture was quick and seamless. The coloralso matches the image online. The furniture is astetically appealing. The only reason I did not give 5 stars because once The cushions were too firm for me , so I am I'm am returning my pieces.”

“The sectional looks great!!! I just wish it was more comfortable. We just moved back after living I Europe for the last few years, so we are used to firm sofas. But this is much firmer than I was expecting. Hopefully it will get better with time. But it looks very nice!”

“Burrow does it right. It shipped on time and in great packaging. The couch was very easy & straight forward to assemble. My wife and I put it all together in about an hour. It definitely starts out a bit firm, but softens up to be more comfortable. We've had it for about a month, and we love it! We will probably be getting another one to match.”

“We were looking for the largest sofa we could fit in our small space, but also needed it to be modular because our entryway is really tight. We also needed it to be pet, friendly, obviously, as you can see from the picture. The couch arrived early actually, about a week before the estimated shipping date. We got an email the day before it was set to come, and it showed up on time in eight separate boxes that all arrived together. Everything was super well packaged, in fact, I think it took me longer to open all of the pieces and get them out of their bags and boxes than it did to actually put the sofa together. the instructions were simple, but a few things were missing that I think would be helpful. If you get the chaise, it would have been easier to attach it to the couch, while the sofa was on its back after you got done putting on the legs. The directions tell you to attach it once you have the couch upright, but that means you have to lay down and try to get under the couch to screw it together. As the couch base sits pretty low to the ground this is not the easiest thing. Overall though no issues. The color is beautiful, the fabric is really nice. This is a firm sofa. There is no getting around that! If you are looking for something that you’re going to just sink into, this is not it. If you want something that you can sit in for a long time and have actual back support, this is perfect. The whole family loves it! We will likely order the chairs from this same line next.”
