“This sectional was very pretty and poised, but not very comfortable at all. We returned it because we couldn't really imagine lounging on it, napping on it, etc. It's like the couch you don't sit on in the living room you don't use. For the price tag that was just not something we could overlook. Also, we got the light grey color and dirt seemed to cling to it very easily in the short amount of time that we had it. The return process was a bit convoluted and ultimately I don't know that I would purchase from Burrow again but it wasn't a horrible experience either, just very costly.”

“My partner and I moved into a small apartment and we wanted a new sofa - we knew it was very unlikely a nice, sizable sofa would fit into our apartment doorway or through the hallways.. we felt defeated, until we came across Burrow! Finding a company that sells sofas that are not only gorgeous, but module as well was the PERFECT solution! The sofa arrived in boxes on our doorstep and each box was not too big, easy for two people to carry through small doorways and hallways. Each box was packed really well with detailed instructions - it took my partner and I about an hour or so to unpack it all and put it together! It was easy and it looks so stylish... Also, the fabric is very durable - I spilled tea on it and it easily came out. We also have a cat that likes to scratch on fabric, and so far the sofa still looks like new. Lastly, one of the most important aspects, it's very comfortable! One of the best purchases I have ever made. Thank you Burrow!”

“Beautiful couch, well-made. However, putting it together was not as easy as most reviews indicated. It look me and my partner >1 hour to assemble, as instructions were not as clear as we had hoped. Plus, one side of the couch is not fully locked into place because the parts do not seem to fit properly. Overall, really like it but was hoping for a better assembly (and delivery) experience given the price.”

“The three of us (a couple and a cat) are so happy with this sectional. Firm enough but not too firm. Looks beautiful and fits perfectly in our apartment in San francisco”

“We have a long, skinny living room and wanted something modular that could be moved around or changed up easily. Our three-seater with chaise was easy to put together, instructions were readily available right on each box, and we also got a very helpful email ahead of time telling us what to expect. The sofa goes very well with the hardwood floor and we also like that the sloped arms help maximize the views from our floor-to-ceiling windows. So far the fabric seems to be standing up well to our cats' scratching. We have already tried the sofa in two different configurations and will be ordering a second set for the other half of the room!”

“Now that our couch is fully assembled, we really love it. But we had a hard time getting there -- the latch mechanism on each arm of the couch did not align property with the corresponding connecting pieces on the couch seats. As a result, the lever that locks the pieces together couldn't close, and we had to put in quite a bit of effort to finally force it in.”

“I have had this couch for a little less than 2 weeks now. I like it but there is definitely room for improvement. PROS: comfortable for sitting; visually appealing in my home; easy to assemble (but does require 2 people); fabric appears sturdy; well-packaged; boxes were easy to get up the stairs; my dog loves it. CONS: less comfortable for lounging/laying down; my 5’11” husband is too long for the chaise (it would be nice to have an option for a longer chaise); the chaise cushion is longer than the chaise base supporting it and as a result there is a gap between the couch and the chaise base (and I worry this will cause the chaise cushion to sag in this spot); despite claims of no added chemicals, it does have a chemical smell; the cushions imprint easily from pressure and I fear will not hold up over time; the fabric is rough to the touch; two of the legs arrived all scratched up; the boxes were glued shut and I needed to go out and purchase a box cutter to properly break them down. I purchased my last couch in 2014 from Bob’s Discount Furniture. Compared to my Burrow couch, it was much larger, much cheaper, and I suspect better quality (I will have to see how this couch holds up over time). Overall we are happy with our new Burrow couch, but I do think the price should be lower based on the size and quality of the product.”
