“Such a lovely experience ordering through Burrow. The whole process took 21 days, despite being informed there may be a 4-6 week waiting period (previously had to wait over 6 months through a well known furniture store). The couch is firm, but comfortable, and was easy to put together. After a month and a half it is not showing wear despite us having a rambunctious dog. Very happy with our purchase!!!!”

“Burrow was excellent to work with getting our sofa to us with our other than ideal timing! The sofa was ready for delivery far earlier than expected, even before our move in date! They were able to postpone delivery to suit my schedule. Although I couldn’t move the boxes up my staircase myself, a second person helped me do that and assemble the sofa. I’d like to say assembly was a breeze. Theoretically it should have been but half of the latches were VERY difficult to get flipped into the locked position. After some sore palms, we were able to complete the sofa. It’s beautiful and comfortable and the perfect size for our new apartment.”

“I placed my order for the Burrow Nomad sectional and it arrived in about a week and a half. I was impressed by this as I know it's not uncommon for a furniture delivery to take months. The sofa came in six boxes with a colorful, easy to follow instruction manual. It was SO easy-- and actually fun-- to put together! It took about 20 minutes total. Burrow was there every step of the way- checking in to see how I liked the sofa, if there was anything they could have done better, helpful cleaning tips for the sofa, etc. Their customer service is outstanding.”

“I was on the hunt for the perfect couch for a long time that was not only stylish and comfortable, but also made with high quality, non-toxic materials that would be durable enough for our lifestyle (we live in Colorado and are always tracking in dirt, mud, and snow from hiking and have a 50 lb. dog that loves to snuggle with us on the couch). This couch checks all those boxes and more! Truly worth every penny and a great investment piece for anyone looking to build a more sustainable, conscious home. It was also super easy to assemble (took less than 30 minutes) and arrived earlier than expected. I highly recommend!”

“...a couch that fits our lifestyle and my husband. We ordered an extra section so that all 6’3” of him can stretch out. It’s comfortable, looks great, assembles quickly. I wish we’d purchased this sooner. The dog slept on it the first night, so it’s got the whole family’s seal of approval.”
