“We love this couch, We unfortunately bought the wrong color( completely on us not an error on Burrow) it is sturdy and firm but comfortable. We are in the process of exchanging it for the right color and it has been smooth and customer service is prompt and helpful. I will post pic once we have the new one!!!!”

“The delivery time for the couch estimated at purchase was quite long, but it did end up arriving a few days ahead of schedule. The instructions on the packaging were very helpful for unboxing, and the couch was very easy to put together (less than 10 mins). My only complaint is that I wish the back cushions were a little more plump as the couch would be more comfortable. Overall for the price we are happy with our purchase.”

“I was really impressed with how clear the instructions were and how simple the assembly process was. Why can't Ikea be like that? The boxes it came in were easy to move, and the assembled couch is comfortable and feels really high quality. This sectional was priced comparably to other ones we were considering, but seems way better.”

“I put this together all by myself in under an hour, no tools required! The couch it self is super comfortable and feels durable/like it's good quality. One of my friends immediately spilled hot sauce on the couch the day after I got it, and the stain came out just as easy as promised! My only slight issue is the "pet proof" fabric. My cat is relentless, and as much as I've tried to stop him from scratching, it's happened. And the fabric did pull (see picture). On normal fabric I'm positive he would've caused more damage, so it definitely is pet resistant but not pet proof, it's going to eventually be effected by continuous scratching. I just saw that they came out with a velvet version of this couch (after I already ordered mine :( ) and I've read cats HATE velvet, so that may be a better option for anyone with relentless cats!”

“I had an internet couch in college that took 3 people an hour to put together and ended being a bummer to sit on. Not this couch. Putting it together is super easy, I did it by myself (although if I had a hand I could’ve used it). It’s really, honestly a very comfortable couch. The back is nice and high. We love how it looks. Also love that when we move eventually we can break the couch down and put it back together if we need to. The only downside was our order showed up unexpectedly, it wasn’t a big deal but if it had been while I was working it could’ve been a problem.”

“The soft is just what I expected and hoped for. Very cute and comfortable, easy to assemble, and arrived in the estimated time frame. It is also relatively cat proof. Our cats have snuck their nails in once or twice, and there are no apparent snags as a result. I knocked a star off because it is a tad more narrow than I expected. As in it is more difficult to "cozy up" on the couch when not using the chaise lounge. If there is an ottoman or coffee table to prop legs up, than it is perfect. TL; DR: Would recommend.”

“We love our couch and chair! We were hoping it would arrive quicker but it was exactly the time that was estimated. We received half of our boxes first and had to wait 3 more days to receive the rest due to UPS splitting the boxes. We sent an email about the status update and received a response over the weekend within 1 day. Totally worth the wait! Easy to assemble and we love that we can change the set-up of the couch if we want. Firmer cushions upon arrival but soften up as soon as you start sitting on the couch. Great purchase!”
