“Great cutomer service and great product. The modularity of the sectional makes it easy to move the sectional around or make the chaise an individual seat. My only two cons are that the delivery requires a signature and all items werent delivered together. After missing the second delivery, I was not able to change the signature requirement or have the box held at the FedEx facility for pick-up. The other con is the black and white instruction manual thats hard to see where certain hardware is fastened and the holes utilized. I had to to to Burrow's website for a manual with color. Other than that, its great and fits my decor perfectly. Lots of compliments!”
