“As others have commented, I was very hesitant to order such a big piece of furniture without being able to see it in person. However, with so many very positive reviews both on the Burrow site and independently we took the plunge. The sectional came very quickly, less that two weeks, and was very easy to assemble. The most difficult step were the latches between the arms and the chair sections. That took one person to really squeeze the pieces together to slip the latch closed. The seating seemed very firm at first, but what it replaced was well worn and soft so the contrast was significant. Now that we've been using it a couple weeks I find it very comfortable. I really like the lower profile too as I am not very tall (5' 4") and oversized furniture is not comfortable. This sectional fits well! Too soon to comment on the durability of the fabric with pets (we have two cats) but so far so good.”

“We just received our Nomad Double Chaise sofa last week and it looks great. It arrived only a couple weeks after ordering it was easy to put together, it took us about an hour and a half in total. It's comfy and seems well built. We can't speak for it's durability just yet but thumbs up so far.”

“Bought this sectional for our basement as it was easy to fit through the tight turn at the stairway. Very happy with the look. The couch is firm, and feels nice. Assembly took a bit longer than anticipated, and some of the latches were very hard to close, but the couch seems very sturdy once assembled.”

“Beautiful sturdy piece of furniture. Very firm so if you are looking for cloud furniture this one is not it. It came with extra cushions so that’s a bonus in case anything happens to one of them. Fast costumer service to replace a leg that was stripped and didn’t fit properly. The furniture itself should get 5 stars but getting rid of the many boxes it came in was a little hassle and the restocking fee in case we wanted to return was a deterrent. Buying in line is a gamble and easy returns if it’s not the right fit would make it much more appealing. Overall we are very pleased with the quality and price.”

“The setup was fairly straight forward. The arms are not as easy to put on as it seems but once they're on it's smooth from there. The quality and comfort are very good and definitely happy with the purchase. Only downside is the number of boxes that it comes in and with that you run into the possibility of one or more getting lost while shipped, which is what happened with us. Customer service has been great though and are working to resolve it.”

“Our family has enjoyed our double chaise sectional. I was a bit nervous about making such a large purchase online, but we unpacked the boxes with ease, put it together, and have been lounging ever since. The sofa is the right amount of firm and comfy. It looks elegant in our space. We've had a few small stains on our cream colored sofa, but they have come out fairly well. I highly recommend the Burrow brand for its versatility, reliability, and affordability. Best purchase of the year!”
