“So far it looks great but it appears we were missing a box because we don’t have one of the seats or legs or connectors. I did reach out to burrow and they got back to me within 2 or days to ship the remaining items. We haven’t received them yet but hopefully soon! I’m super excited to see it complete!”

“A little stiffer than what we are used to but we’re liking it so far. Main issue was it took longer than expected to arrive and did not include enough pieces for the second chaise so we’re still waiting on that.”

“We researched a long time for a stain and scratch resistant couch. So far this couch has held up nicely. The only area of improvement is in customer service. Being able to directly call and contact a live agent immediately would be most helpful. Currently you must leave a phone message or email and wait 1 to 3 days for a response.”

“Firstly, I couldn't believe I made this purchase. It was my first large purchase done strictly online, without the opportunity to test before I bought. I made sure to do as much research as possible and felt fairly confident by the time I decided to buy. Was I happy with my decision. Yes, but with one caveat. I am not for sure that the items I purchased were brand new. It could have had something to do with shipping or could be related to the overstressed pandemic workers and supply chains, but I felt like my items were slightly worn and dingy. It could be in my head, because so far so good. I gave it a good wipe down an in the two weeks I've had it, it still feels very comfortable. I've unintentionally fallen asleep a few times and even had three full adults simultaneously crashing during an overnight. I would still recommend it, but I do have this nagging feeling that I paid full price for something that may have been a return.”

“I like the sofa, it’s comfortable. It wasn’t terribly difficult to put together but I did cut myself while closing one of the clips and got a splinter while closing another one. This model seems less versatile than the range only because it requires the arms on the side and there doesn’t appear to be a good way to get another set of arms.”

“I was expecting more, the couch is not very deep or large, it looks like a miniature sectional. For the price I was absolutely expecting to love it but it is just OK. I wish I would have gotten something else for that price that was larger and more comfortable. I do believe it will stand up to the cats, dogs, and children though which was another reason for the purchase. It was fairly easy to put together.”

“I know, there's a shortage on literally everything these days. We were quoted an 4-6 week delivery, emailed a "your items are on the way" email, then to be quickly retracted with another 4 week wait. All in total a 10 week wait. Once we got it, we were missing key parts to complete the assembly which was extremely frustrating. No email back yet on if those said parts are actually shipping or not... All in all a really nice, seemingly solid and comfortable couch, but the experience has nearly ruined it all. Communication would go a really long way, and accuracy would ensure great experience.”
