“While there was initially a little conflicting inf with the pre-delivery email, the packaging is fantastic and super well labeled. The sofa, ottoman and chaise went together without tools (some of the clips do need a bit of strength, though). We love the firm support of the cushions, and it looks amazing in our space.”
“My favorite part of this couch has to be the seat depth- you can really relax on it! The material is easy to clean and very resistant to my cat's clawing. It's also a very pretty couch: modern, and I love that I could customize it to meet the needs of my space.
My cat really loves the block/square arms. They are the perfect size for her to perch on.
Overall it's a comfortable couch, but on the firm side.
I assembled it alone- it took me about 3 hours from start to finish. As long as you have a drill and a little bit of experience building furniture, building this is a piece of cake.
Upon its delivery, I also was able to bring the entire couch up to my apartment by myself, which was a high priority when purchasing a couch. I did not want my couch stuck in the lobby of my building pending another person to help me lift it. It took a few trips (and came in 8+ boxes!) but was well worth it and well organized for building.

“I got my couch a little over a month ago now. It was easy enough to put together. I live alone so assembled it by myself and was able to do so without too much hassle. My one worry is that I can't tell if the cushions are breaking in or just wearing out. They started very firm but have gotten quite a bit softer already. I hope they don't get too soft because other than that, I love the couch.”
“Love the comfort and style, and the ease of setting up to desired configuration. Great quality as well… only issues is that the fabric seems to attract per hair more than any furniture I have ever seen - even as we have trained our pup to stay “off.” We chose the stain and pet resistant option with the hopes of keeping it clean, but the is was an unexpected downside.”
