“I admit I was very nervous about buying the sectional online and had some trepidation about some complaints about customer service. That said, so happy I made the purchase. The sectional was very easy to assemble. I was able to assemble it myself. Everything was straightforward, all pieces fit and screwed-in perfectly. It also arrived before the promised delivery time which I was happy about. I had a couple of questions, including an inquiry on when a couple of the legs would arrive (came separately). I received texts and communication with burrow folks promptly. Within a couple of hours, including on a Sunday. The quality is excellent. It looks great, love the clean, slim lines, sort of a mid-century modern style. As some have commented, it is firm. Very firm upon assembly. Firm enough that I worried about long-term comfortability. As others have written, after a few days it started to soften a bit. Overall, the couch will be on the firmer side which is what I wanted. My old couch was so soft, plush that it was hard for my elderly parents to get up from it. Very happy with purchase!”

“We love the sectional we bought and it is exactly what we wanted for our space. We love that we could chose the arm style and that the back cushions can be flipped for a different style. I would recommend that if you are putting this sectional in a corner and want a fuller look to opt for the corner sectional as it would have a higher back cushion to create better seating. Our only complaint is the shipment of items which is why I gave 4 stars. We received all the seats and cushions and then the legs and arms were shipped a week later. I would have rather waited for everything to ship together so we could put it together when we got it. We had to keep all the large boxes in our house which was very inconvenient while waiting for the last pieces. Not sure if this is something they can fix but wanted to be honest about this hiccup in the process.”

“The sofa feels like a firm foam mattress. This is not what I wanted. I’m disappointed I had to risk the $250 return fee to discover how firm it was.”

“I wanted something pet lasting but I guess I forgot comfort. This is the smallest seat and hardest cushion. I would have purchased local and spent more. Lesson learned.”

“The sofa came quickly as promised and was simple to assemble following the enclosed instructions. We moved to a new city, so it was much easier to furnish our condo with boxes from Burrow than trying to move a big bulky couch the old-fashioned way!”

“Order this online and decided that couch did not really fit the style or our living room, nor did we find it too comfortable. The seat height and back was too small for my 6 foot frame. But return process was straight forward with biggest challenge was putting everything back in the boxes which wasn't much harder than assembly. UPS came and picked up the boxes.”
