“I am very happy with the chair. It is exactly what I wanted. The pieces were delivered in a timely manner. There were missing latches on one of the arms so I had to request replacement arms before I could assemble the chair. That was a smooth and easy process. The replacement arms shipped quickly. It was a little challenging assembling the arms. You need hand strength to latch the arms to the seat. I barely got the job done. Overall, it was worth the going through the process of getting replacement pieces and assembling it. My cat has tried to scratch the material, and there is no damage at all. I would definitely buy more furniture from Burrow.”

“With two dogs and two cats, my son researched pet friendly furniture and landed on the Nomad series as a top option. We purchased the couch and chair in charcoal. Delivery was efficient. We did have an issue of one arm coming without the necessary locking hardware but Burrow was very quick to respond to the issue and resolved it quickly by sending a new arm. The furniture is quite firm as many other customers point out but provides great back support and will soften as we use it more. We are happy with our purchase!”

“Good quality, has stood up to my dog scratching on it. The cushion is stiffer than I was hoping for. Over all happy with it.”

“So far, so good! My (fully clawed) cats haven’t done any damage to the upholstery, even after having an all-out kitty smack down on one of them. The chairs were more challenging to assemble than I anticipated, but once done, we were good to go.”

“Very pleased with the quality of this chair! Assembly was very easy and quick, and it looks great. I ordered the gray, but it is much lighter than in the photos (almost white) so be aware of that if you’re trying to get a deeper shade of gray.”
