“Awesome chair! Firm & comfy & GORGEOUS. Not difficult to assemble but you need more than one set of hands & leverage so call a friend. I did it on my own and it was REALLY difficult, like playing twister with yourself, & I have hardwood floor so I could not get leverage sliding on the floor! BUT I did it! TOTALLY worth the effort! Directions were excellent. I actually got the sofa directions but you can go online and pull up the booklet for the chair, which I did. Once you put together one you get it anyway but I did not know this. The little footpads are perfect for hardwood floor & stick very well. I am SO glad I decided to shop at Burrow. “We have had this armchair for some months now and still liking it- the quality of fabric is great. The initial installation was good too- the instructions were clear overall. It's quite spacious and probably also good for an average to taller person- I am 5'3 and my feet dangles a little when I sit all the way back lol, it helps with an ottoman. Also our cat loves it, it's basically his armchair. I think he uses it more than us sometimes.”

“Got the armchair 8 weeks after I ordered it, exactly as was mentioned in order confirmation. Looks great, comfortable, very well made. Highly recommended!”

“The chair is pretty but not very comfortable. The cushions are pretty hard. The ivory is also whiter than I was expecting from photos. We ordered two chairs which took longer than what they estimated to arrive - expected since everyone has supply chain issues. Once the chairs finally arrived, they only sent one set of legs by mistake. To send a second set of legs, it’s going to take 3-4 more weeks. When I asked why sending standard legs would take that long, customer service said they can’t put my order in front of other open orders. Not trying to cut in line, I just want them to complete my original order.”

“I ordered the couch with the chase and matching chair and attoman in blue. Burrow is modular which is what we needed to get down our staircase so it works well for those situations. We waited months for the order but once it arrived, assembly was easy and it looks good. The furniture feel cheaply made and is very firm and not very comfortable. The couch is very similar in stye and comfort to something we saw at Ikea but Borrow is considerably more expensive.”

“Looks good but not that comfortable. Easy to assemble, fabric seems sturdy and my cat does not use it as a scratch toy - so that is why I'm keeping it!”
