“We purchased the Nomad sofa and loveseat. It started with the shipping not everything is sent at once and I very confusing to follow your delivery. We have not had the furniture but 2 weeks the latch on the sofa broke, the sofa cushions are starting to sag. And the most disappointing is their website raves about how the nomad couch resists scratches. Not even 2 weeks after having the couch which is why we spent more money on this couch because it was scratch resistant for pets it has a spot that are torn and our cat is not scratching it all the time. For a company that claims the furniture is great with animals they do not allow you to return it. They have offered to send us new pieces. At this point we would have to keep asking to send new cushions and pieces and parts to the couch. You can’t talk to anyone. They never responded to my text they only respond to your email once in a day. It is very frustrating because I feel we bought a couch based on their claims and they have not held up to what the website claims. I feel we have been mislead and they don’t want to return the product.”

“The item: The Nomad loveseat is of lower quality than the cheapest IKEA sofas. The nicely firm seat cushion got a deep, permanent dent in it from sitting for less than a week, and I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 175 pounds. The back seat cushion also became flattened permanently. In addition to the terrible seat cushion quality forming permanent dents after less than a week of use, the design of this loveseat is terrible, at least for my body. It looks great, but the angle of the back is so extreme that it's impossible to sit up straight even with a back pillow. After a very short time sitting, I developed neck pain from holding my head at a weird angle. This is one of the least comfortable seats of any kind I've ever used. The customer service: Burrow initially sent me the sofa missing one of the big seat boxes, then sent it separately when I contacted them. This was done promptly and the packaging was nicely done. However, when I returned the sofa for the defective quality shown by the seat indentations (they asked for a photo which I provided), they issued a refund minus the 10 percent stocking fee, which in this case was more than $100. So even if you send back a defective sofa, be prepared to pay a stocking fee as though you just didn't like it. They don't seem to care if the item was defective. I'm sure that if I'd tried to send it back outside the 30-day window, they would have refused to let me return it at all.”

“The proportions of the loveseat are a little odd. The back cushions are somewhat low and the seat cushions are somewhat long. However, the loveseat is still comfortable. You will need a flathead screwdriver to tighten the thumb screws. Assembly was straight forward. The latches one side were a lot harder to close then the other.”

“This is a quality product and so far the cats haven't got their claws in it. It should be noted that it is VERY firm and probably needs 2 people to assemble. Overall, I'm very happy with this loveseat and company.”
