“I live in a small space and needed a couch that would fit, but also wanted one that I could keep for a long time and that could grow with me. I got the nomad loveseat in ivory and I could not be happier with it. So easy to put together and so comfortable!”

“Let’s be honest. If you wanted a $100 couch, you’d go to the A of zon. You came to Burrow because ‘a couch that doesn’t require the full military might of the US Marine Corps to move’ has been a personal dream of yours since you first helped your roommate move the monster couch their parents donated. Burrow understands the need to add/subtract pieces of your couch to fit the completely new configuration of apartment #6. They also check the box of responsibly sourced materials. Last but not least is an incredibly helpful customer service team (Are they real? Are they robots? You decide.) That all added up to a great base for a 5 star company. But what about the actual product you ask? Let’s start with weight. My Nomad Loveseat came in three boxes, each of which a 5’3” 130lb able-bodied female was able to carry up a full flight of stairs. Fully assembled, I can carry the loveseat with one other person—an incredibly useful fact for serial apartment-hoppers. And that’s just if I decided to be lazy and not unlock the whole thing and carry back down the stairs piece by piece. Burrow instructions were easy to follow and easy to find. I checked the nomad loveseat guide via email before my purchase arrived so I knew the directions would be in the Arms box. Even if I hadn’t, the inner cardboard flaps of the other boxes directed me to the correct box to begin unpacking. The couch color was fantastic (get those free fabric swatches because they’re totally worth it) and the new car-I mean couch smell was heavenly. No dents/scrapes/runs were present unlike every other piece of furniture I’ve ordered online. Very impressive. After tugging every piece out of the boxes and terrifying my cat in the process, I began to assemble my aveng-er, couch. As the directions foretold, I did barely anything. Almost everything went together with an easy click. The ONE thing I disliked was the holes made for reaching the attachment clasps. The wood was very rough from the tool used to shape the hole. My fingers are small, but even they were in danger of being splinterfied. An easy fix was my own sandpaper to smooth out the edges. I did struggle to attach one the arms to the couch base. I did NOT panic and call down curses from the heavens because I am a reasonable adult who tackles any problem with calm and logic…eventually. I simply *upended my couch on the locked arm and let gravity do the work of holding down the recalcitrant arm for me while latched it together. Worked like a charm. *Upended couches have a tendency to right themselves at the least convenient moment. Use caution when attempting parkouch maneuvers. The legs were super easy to tighten by hand. Which was a good thing because even with the directions I put the first one on wrong…no judgements people. Last but not least, the handy dandy USB attachment was very easy to attach from couch to wall. I assumed I’d have to buy the actual wall charger, but it’s all there in the box with the legs. Overall rating: 5/5 for a great product, free shipping, easy assembly. Cat rating: 1/5 for scary boxes and noises.* *Cat was persuaded to re-rate said couch once the boxes were put away. 4/5 for cat comfort and lazeability. I hope you have enjoyed and found this review useful. Now I’m off to use that 10% coupon reviewers receive on the next item from my wish list. “Loved being able to read all the positive reviews for this company and see that they are using real wood and ecological fabric and foam. All things said about it are exactly as it is. It's easy to pick out, clear mention of time to get, easy delivery and assembly. Also a nice comfy seat with a firm long lasting feel. Love this couch and highly recommend this company.”

“The only tool need was something open the boxes. Couldn't be easier to put together. The only thing wrong was that the wrong legs were shipped. But the correct ones are being sent to me.”
