“I love the vintage look and the super-firm cushions of this sofa! I chose the Navy color with the silver legs, and I've had many compliments on its appearance. I got the pet-friendly fabric, and although my cat doesn't pull any threads out, the weave does have little humps in it where her claws pull the fabric up a bit, yet no shredding or threads hanging off. When I'm not at home, I keep two Queen blankets draped over the sofa so she won't be tempted to claw it when I'm gone. Know that the hardware may arrive after one receives the sofa boxes (my hardware arrived five days after the sofa did) because it’s not included in the sofa boxes, but be patient because it will get there! I assembled the sofa by myself, and then a friend came over to help with one stubborn latch and to help me set the sofa upright. That latch just needed more strength than I had (I'm 68). I would definitely order from Burrow again. Their customer service was quick to reply to my email inquiries. I hope they soon have a Customer Service phone number, because questions can be more speedily answered when speaking directly with someone; however, only email Customer Service was available to me.”

“The sofa is great ... putting it together not so great. One of the brackets on arm piece was impossible to lock into place and had to be seriously manipulated in order for it to properly lock into place. Too much work. And the boxes, so many boxes. Don't know if this is what my future furniture buying looks like.”

“We got a new coach after doing some research about materials that our cat is not likely to destroy. After a few months, our cat has tried several times to scratch the coach, but has been unsuccessful in tearing up the fabric. She has also vomited on it, and we were able to clean it up nicely. The only reason for a 4-star review instead of 5 is that the couch would be more comfortable if the back were a little higher. It also needs plenty of pillows to be comfy enough for family movie night.”

“I bought a nomad in blue, as I have three kids and two cats and thought this couch could withstand messes. Unfortunately, I didn't research how to clean before purchasing and it turns out they recommend "never removing the cushion covers to clean". I now have a huge stain from a cat accident that won't come out with spot cleaning and apparently I can't stick the covers in the wash. I'm so annoyed I spent money on a couch that I can't realistically clean :(”
